This privacy policy sets out how we use and protect any information that you give us when you use this website. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can rest assured that it will only be used in accordance with the normal operation of our website. 

We will not sell or otherwise distribute your personally identifiable information to third parties. Further, we will not use your personally identifiable information to send you spam email/phone calls or otherwise attempt to advertise our products to you unless you have explicitly expressed a desire to be contacted in this manner (and even still we will not spam you with daily emails).

In accordance with our User Submitted Content policy, we may use your submitted material (in conjunction with the end product) to advertise our services as spelled out in our User Submitted Content policy. You and/or your business may be identified in photo subtitles or comments, however no other information will be included in these subtitles or comments. If you wish to avoid having you or your business identified as stated above, please notify us in writing prior to your project completion.

We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page.​​​​​​​

Because all items are custom engraved, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items. The only exceptions to this are if we have not yet started the actual engraving, or if Vita Nova Laser Design fails to accurately engrave the information submitted by you.

We do not offer a longevity warranty on engraving due to the vast and varied nature of items engraved. It is the responsibility of you, the client to determine the use of the item and request an appropriate engraving for said use. Communication with us is always a good thing as it will help us help you get the best life and use out of your custom item

We can ship products anywhere within the continental United States via USPS, Fedex, or UPS. If shipping is needed, when you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon your shipment’s destination and desired courier. Generally, orders will typically ship within 2 weeks from the client’s order date (on average).

Due to ATF regulations and Shipping carrier limitations, we do not ship firearms.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Vita Nova Laser Design and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by Vita Nova Laser Design. The use of these trademarks and trade dress by any person or entity other than Vita Nova Laser Design is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product or service that is not Vita Nova Laser Design's, in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers, or in any manner that seeks to disparage or discredit Vita Nova Laser Design.

All content on this website is the exclusive property of Vita Nova Laser Design. Said content includes logos, images, text, graphics, icons, video clips, audio clips, digital downloads, and software. Our content is protected by United States and international copyright laws and we reserve all rights contained therein. In case of dispute or infringement, we will rigorously defend our rights to this material.

Vita Nova Laser Design grants you (the user) a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. This license does not include the right to download any material (other than routine page caching), modify any material, or any portion thereof, without the express written consent of Vita Nova Laser Design. This license excludes the download or collection of logos, product descriptions, pricing, text, graphics, audio clips, video clips, and/or copying account information. This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, copied, duplicated, visited, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written permission of Vita Nova Laser Design. You are prohibited from using meta tags or any other hidden text utilizing Vita Nova Laser Design's name or trademarks without the express written consent of Vita Nova Laser Design. Any unauthorized use of this website voids the limited license granted by Vita Nova Laser Design and we may seek reparations and/or damages for such use.

Our clients bear the responsibility to provide us accurate files. We will engrave your products based on the files, wording (including capitalization/punctuation), and descriptions that you, the client, provide to us unless design consultation is requested. We will format the file you provide and clean it up as best as possible; please note, if the image you provide looks blurry or pixilated when at the requested engraving size, your engraving probably will be blurry/pixilated as well. For best quality we recommend providing your image at 3-4 times larger than the desired engraving size.

If you do post content to this site or otherwise submit material to Vita Nova Laser Design in other forms (including, but not limited to, photographs, videos, logo designs, etc), you grant Vita Nova Laser Design a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. By your submission you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; that the content is accurate; and that you will indemnify Vita Nova Laser Design for all claims resulting from content you supply. Vita Nova Laser Design reserves the right to remove, at our sole discretion, any content submitted by a User.

This site is provided by Vita Nova Laser Design on an "as is" basis. Vita Nova Laser Design makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, as to the operation of the site or the content contained therein. You expressly agree that your use of www.vnlaserdesign.com is at your own risk.

By ordering on this site you certify that you are of legal age and not prohibited from purchasing our products or services.

By visiting www.vnlaserdesign.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Vita Nova Laser Design as described in the Arbitration Agreement below.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating in any way to the use of our website, services, or products, including without limitation any dispute concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, enforceability or breach of these Terms and Conditions, shall be exclusively resolved by binding arbitration upon a Party’s submission of the dispute to arbitration. In the event of a dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms and Conditions, the complaining Party shall notify the other Party in writing thereof. Within thirty (30) days of such notice, management level representatives of both Parties shall meet at an agreed location to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith. Should the dispute not be resolved within thirty (30) days after such notice, the complaining Party shall seek remedies exclusively through binding arbitration. The demand for arbitration shall be made within a reasonable time after the
claim, dispute or other matter in question has arisen, and in no event shall it
be made after two years from when the aggrieved party knew or should have known of the controversy, claim, dispute or breach.

From time to time, Vita Nova Laser Design offers its clients special offers and discounts to be used in conjunction with this website or our services. These offers may be posted on our home page (www.vnlaserdesign.com) or announced via other means of communication in conjunction with the promotion of Vita Nova Laser Design products or services, including radio and TV broadcasts, internet forums, and various online websites.
We encourage our clients to redeem these discounts or offers, but we respectfully ask that you not exploit them. Vita Nova Laser Design, at our sole discretion, will determine whether or not a discount or other offer has been prior redeemed by a client and if so, will adjust the order as necessary. You, the client, will be informed of this should this be necessary.
